How will these lessons help me to meet statutory RSHE requirements?

The lessons have been designed to address all the relevant learning opportunities for food and exercise choices included in our Programme of Study and the relevant content outlined in the Department for Education’s statutory RSHE guidance.

The teacher guidance includes a table mapping where the lesson plans address this content in each key stage.

How do I cover other aspects of health education, including mental health, sleep, and dental health?

We’ve got you covered!

  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing lesson plans (KS1-4)

  • ‘The Sleep factor’ lesson plans (KS1-4)

  • ‘Dental health’ lesson plans (KS1-4)

Each of these packs includes PDF and classroom-ready versions of the lesson plans plus teacher guidance to help you deliver these topics safely and effectively.
