Will my membership automatically renew?

Here's how to find out if your membership is set to auto-renew

The PSHE Association provides a membership renewal service. This automatically renews your membership before expiry, providing seamless access to resources, services and other benefits. 

If you're not sure if your membership is set to auto-renew, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account 

2. Once logged in, click on My account on the top right

3. Under 'Personal details', scroll down to the bottom. There should be a box titled 'Manage membership auto-renewal'.

Card auto-renewal

If you originally paid for your membership by card, your account will likely be set to auto-renew by card payment. If card auto-renewal is on you, will see a link saying 'Manage auto renewal' at the bottom of the box.

Clicking on this link will take you through to our payment system Stripe, where you can update your card details or cancel your auto-renewal subscription. Cancelling the auto-renewal subscription within Stripe will not cancel your membership, but it will mean your membership will not be automatically renewed on your expiry date.

Please note: If you have a School or School Plus membership, only the person who last renewed or paid for the membership by card will be able to see the auto-renewal settings. If you are not sure who this is on your account, please contact us to find out. 

Invoice auto-renewal

If you originally paid for your membership by invoice, your account will likely be set to auto-renew by invoice. If invoice auto-renewal is on you, will see a toggle in the 'Manage membership auto-renewal' box that is set to on.

When the toggle is set to on, an invoice for a year's membership will automatically be raised on your expiry date and emailed to the finance contact on your account. If you are not sure who the finance contact for your organisation is, please contact us to find out.

If you would like to turn auto-renewal by invoice on or off, click on the toggle to change your preferences, then click 'save changes' above to save your settings.
