I’m having trouble accessing my account. What should I do?

First, try these steps:

  1. Reset your password: Click the 'request new password' button on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
    Please note: the password reset email can take a few minutes to arrive and may get redirected to your spam folder. Please check before getting in touch.
  2. If you don’t receive the password reset email, then you might not have activated your account yet. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line 'Finish setting up your membership'. This email contains a link that you can use to activate your account and should have been sent when you created or joined your membership.
    If you cannot find this email in your inbox, it may be in your spam or junk mail folder. Be sure to check those folders as well.
  3. Request a new activation email: If you are unable to reset your password and can’t find the activation email, you can email us at info@pshe-association.org.uk to request a new one. Be sure to include your full name and school in the request so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
