How do I invite colleagues to join my School membership?

How to add your colleagues to your school-wide membership

If you are set as a super admin on your School or School Plus membership, you will be able to invite other colleagues to join your account. Follow these instructions to add them:

1. Login to your account

2. Go to the My account section.

3. If you are set as a super admin, you will see a tab labeled 'Invite colleagues'. Click on this tab to see the list of people who are currently on your account.

4. From this section you will be able to remove users from your account, change their membership type between Member and Super admin, and see any pending invites. 

5. Scroll to the bottom to the 'Invite more colleagues' section to add send new invites. Enter the email address of the person you would like to add and choose whether to add them as a 'Member' or 'Super admin'.

6. Click 'Send invites' to complete the invite. The email address entered will receive a registration email for them to join the account.

Please note: School memberships only permit inviting members of staff who are directly employed by your school/organisation. For example, if you are part of a MAT or local authority you cannot invite members of staff from multiple schools.
