How do I add/remove colleagues from a School or School Plus membership?

If you are set as a super admin on your School or School Plus membership, you can invite other colleagues to join your account. 

Just follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to the My account section
  3. If you are set as a super admin, you should see an 'Invite colleagues' box. Click on this box to see the full list of people who are currently linked to your account.
  4. From this section you can add or remove users from your account, change their membership type (choose between Member and Super admin), and see any pending invites. 
  5. Scroll to the bottom to the 'Invite more colleagues' section to send new invites. Enter the email address of the person you would like to add and choose whether to add them as a 'Member' or 'Super admin'.
  6. Click 'Send invites' to complete the invite. The email address entered will receive a registration email for them to join the account.

Please note: School membership invites are limited to members of staff who are directly employed by your school/organisation. If you are part of a MAT or local authority you are not permitted to invite members of staff from other schools within your group.
