About the courses

These on-demand CPD courses are designed for teachers and leadership teams in primary schools who want to support the mental health and wellbeing of their pupils (ages 4-11).

  • Enhance your understanding of relevant research and develop your subject knowledge.
  • Get practical tips for teaching about this sensitive topic, and guidance on developing and maintaining a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing.
  • The courses can be used to embed our  Foundations for Wellbeing curriculum —supporting pupils how to monitor and manage their attention, behaviour and emotions to support their mental health and wellbeing. 
  • ^They are also relevant to schools who have not adopted this curriculum.
