These one hour/75min interactive online workshops are available for up to 25 delegates (via the ©Zoom Webinars platform) and are ideal for schools that require a short, practical input on specific aspects of PSHE education. Whilst less detailed than our full courses, they cover main issues and best practice relating to the topic and are particularly suitable for staff/network/hub meetings.

This workshop will explore the role of assessment in PSHE education, including practical ideas for appropriate assessment activities to use in the classroom.
This workshop will explore the inspection framework and its implications for PSHE education in key stage 1-2, including the unique contribution it makes to safeguarding and the Personal Development judgement.
This workshop will explore how to plan high quality PSHE education lessons from scratch and adapt existing lesson plans so that they are engaging and matched to the needs and realities of pupils’ lives.
This workshop will explore the importance of Drug and Alcohol education, and how to plan and teach lessons on this topic safely and effectively.
This workshop will explore how to safely and effectively teach about mental health and emotional wellbeing, including some of the barriers to teaching this topic well and how these can be overcome in your setting.
Your school/network/hub can also have both a 3-hour CPD session and a 1-hour/75min twilight option as part of a package deal. These could be arranged to run across consecutive school terms within the school year, for example. A package booking would also qualify for a price reduction on both sessions.
