How do I cancel my membership?
If something isn’t working properly, or if you’re struggling to find a resource on a specific topic, get in touch and one of our team will be happy to help.
You can cancel your PSHE Association membership at any time by following the steps below:
Your membership will be valid until your membership expiry date, which is listed in the My account section (after logging in).
If you do not want to renew your membership, make sure auto-renewal is turned off in your account settings. (For help on how to turn auto-renewal off, see this article.)
Once auto-renewal is turned off, your membership will expire on your expiry date. After this date, your login details will still work on our website, but you will lose access to all of our member only resources and guidance.
You can resume your membership at any time by logging in and purchasing a new membership from the join us page.
Please note: If you would like your details completely removed from our system, you can contact one of our team to arrange this. However, please note that you will no longer be able to login to our website and will have to re-register if you want to start a new membership in future.
