How do I cancel my membership?

We hope that our members find our resources, guidance and support to be invaluable in their teaching. However, if you no longer require your PSHE Association membership,  here's how to ensure it is cancelled:

Your membership will be valid until your membership expiry date. If you don't know when this is, you can find out by logging in and going to My account.

If you do not want your membership to be renewed, make sure auto-renewal is turned off in your account settings. (For help on how to turn auto-renewal off, see this article.)

Once auto-renewal is turned off, your membership will expire on your expiry date. Your login details will still work on our website, but you will not be able to access any of our member only resources or guidance.

You are welcome to re-start your membership at any time by logging in with your old account details and going to our join us page to purchase a new membership.

Please note: If you would like your details completely removed from our system, you can contact one of our team and request for this to be done. However, please note that you will no longer be able to login to our website and will have to re-sign up if you want a new membership in future.
