How to download your certificate of completion

Our longform, on-demand training courses come with a certificate of completion, here's how you can redownload this at any time:

All our on-demand courses take place on our Online Learning Platform, which can be accessed from your My training page or our On-demand training page.

1. From either of those pages, click 'Continue' to be taken to your learning dashboard (as below)

2. Click on 'Progress' in the right hand column, then select the 'Certificates' tab

3. You will see all your certificates listed here, these can be downloaded by clicking on the award icon to the right (see below)
