From September 2026 all schools are required to teach in line with the new statutory guidance. This practical full-day CPD course will support schools to review, refine and strengthen their PSHE/RSHE curriculum to ensure it is fully meeting statutory expectations and reflecting best practice.
You’ll receive practical, hands-on guidance and clear implementation checklists to support your school to confidently deliver the statutory RSHE requirements, including tools for curriculum planning, strengthening staff confidence, selecting high-quality resources and monitoring and evaluating your provision.
The updated guidance also places greater emphasis on topics such as respectful relationships, online harms, and change, loss and bereavement at the primary level, alongside misogyny, the impact of pornography and AI at secondary level. This course provides a wealth of engaging, adaptable lesson ideas to help confidently deliver these newer, more challenging aspects of the statutory content.
